Ontario, Calif., Jan. 22, 2015 – Prime Healthcare Services announced today that it has completed its acquisition of North Vista Hospital, a 177-bed acute care hospital located in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
North Vista Hospital has been serving North Las Vegas and the greater Las Vegas Valley since 1959. North Vista has a 20-bed Emergency Department, a comprehensive heart care program with advanced technology, including cardiac catheterization, as well as a Bariatric Center of Excellence and Geriatric and Adult behavioral services.
